At IntimaToy, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and discreetly. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.
1. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The sender name on the package will appear as a neutral business name to fully protect your privacy.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier workload, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be available — check our website for current offers.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. International Orders & Customs
We ship internationally to many countries. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's authorities. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once dispatched. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@intimatoy.com and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
8. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
