At IntimaToy, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final once an item has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons. We accept returns only on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In the original packaging with all tags and seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@intimatoy.com.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
